So yea, these days I've viewed the infamous hunger game movie which many people look forward to, including me. So what is this story about?? Well, according to my source, it's based on the concept of the olden Roman Empire where there's gladiatorial tournament, fight to death tournament in the Colosseum, and also dictatorship within a country.
Yea i know it's about killing and killing

The story sets in the post-apocalyptic world in the country of Panem where North America Once existed. The capitol, a high advanced metropolis has complete authority over the other thirteen district, which one of them, district thirteen is devastated in a rebellion. So, as a sign of commemoration, at the same time to warn the citizens that they are in no place to question the Capitol's authority, one boy and one girl is chosen from each district to join this annual hunger game, where they're all kept in an arena and has to fight to death.
And for the seventy-fourth hunger game, twenty four tributes are chosen to join the game, two from district 12, Katniss and Peeta (protagonist) had to join the game.

These two fella from the district twelve, where having something to eat becomes a problem in daily life, not to say to have a satisfying meal. Katniss, who ace in archery, and Peeta, the son of a baker with great strength, joins the game.
And another element that never lacks in a movie.... BROMANCE!!!! Romance.
So this Katniss have a Guy-friend back in her place, who actually likes her.. and at the same time, Peeta likes her too. Typical Triangular love cycle. A big part of the movie also protrays the indirect conflict between the two dudes who both loves the same girl.
Well, they say Peeta Looks ugly?? I agree to this statement to a certain degree.. except the fact that he looks awesome in one of the scene at the window at night ( If you remember which scene is that..) And also this :
Well, to tell you the truth, Why can't this villain be Peeta instead??

In a nutshell, Hunger game is an okay movie FOR ME, while have extremely positive feedback from a majority of viewers. I think it's because i've read the series and all i do the whole length through the movie is just be a spoiler expecting the next thing to come out according to the story line. Overall, it's really really good and i advice you guys to view it. And to those who view it already, VIEW IT AGAIN!! XD
Special thanks to my sis who insist on how good the series is which leads me to lay my hands on the novel series. =)
And due to the popularity of the movie, I think people will soon sing "I'm Peeta and I know It" instead of I'm sexy and i know it. XD
